Before We Knew It, We Were In It
Nothing around us changed.
Same classrooms.
Same routines.
Same everyday life.
But something… didn’t feel the same anymore.
That question—
“What if we try?”
It didn’t leave.
It followed us.
Into lectures we couldn’t fully focus on.
Into walks back home.
Into those quiet moments when everything else went silent.
We didn’t sit down and make a plan.
We didn’t say, “This is the start.”
We just… kept coming back to it.
Again.
And again.
At first, it felt small.
Almost meaningless.
Just another thought.
But slowly—
it started taking space.
In our conversations.
In our time.
In our minds.
We tried a few things.
Some worked.
Most didn’t.
There were moments when it felt like nothing was happening.
And yet…
we didn’t stop.
Not because we were confident.
Not because we had clarity.
But because something about it felt… important.
Like we were standing at the edge of something—
we couldn’t see it clearly,
but we knew it was there.
We didn’t have a name for it.
We didn’t know where it would lead.
But deep down—
we had a feeling…
this wasn’t just a phase.
This was the beginning of something we wouldn’t be able to walk away from.
